Terms of Payment

All products shipped from Van Isle Water will be C.O.D. unless prior credit approval is obtained. C.O.D. shipments can be VISA, MasterCard, PayPal, or certified cheque prior to shipping. Qualified business customers have net 30 days from time of order (download ‘Credit Application’ form).

Prices and Taxes

All pricing is suggested retail in Canadian dollars. Prices are subject to change without notice. Van Isle Water is not responsible for printing or typing errors. Buyer shall pay all applicable taxes.

Shipments

All orders are shipped Monday to Friday, excluding national Holidays. Most orders will be shipped no later than 1 business day after receiving the email order confirmation. Orders cannot be cancelled after confirmation is sent. All shipments will be declared at full purchase value. If the shipment is refused, the customer is responsible for cost of returning goods.

Typically orders will arrive within 2-7 business days. Should you wish to receive your order sooner please contact us at support@vanislewater.com and we will be happy to arrange an expedited option for you.

FREE SHIPPING Eligibility

Van Isle Water offers FREE SHIPPING on all orders consisting of eligible items placed through http://www.vanislewater.com over $99.00 by individual customers and over $1,000.00 by qualified business customers (tax not included). Orders under the mentioned minimum total amounts will pay a shipping and handling fee of a flat $25.00 for individual customers and the actual freight cost for qualified business customers.

Freight Policy

Prepaid minimums are available, some exceptions apply. Call for details. Special order items and items requiring special handling, such as dangerous goods, bulk products and oversized items do not qualify for free shipping. For items marked with "Not Eligible for Free Shipping" on their detail page. Van Isle Water will determine the best carrier for each order.

A freight quote will be required for some large, heavy, odd-shaped or hazardous items. These items are marked with "Freight Quote Required” on their detail page. The customer will be contacted within 1 business day with a freight quote before the item is shipped. The customer has the option to:

  • Go through with the freight quote;
  • Arrange pick-up or;
  • Arrange their own freight company.

Freight Claims

Van Isle Water does not assume responsibility for freight damage. All freight damage and shipping discrepancies must be claimed within 48 hours of receipt, collect shipments to be claimed with carrier. Waybill must be marked damaged to validate claim.

Short Shipment

Van Isle Water must be notified of any short shipments within 48 hours of receipt of goods with copy of carrier waybill and customer count.

Eligible Addresses

Van Isle Water is only able to ship to Canadian addresses and P.O. Boxes.

Quality Control

Van Isle Water is not responsible for shipping damage. All merchandise goes through strict quality control before shipping. Please inspect your order right away and any damage or discrepancies must be claimed within 48 hours of receipt. Please notify us at support@vanislewater.com of these damages.

Return Policy

Returned goods must be authorized by Van Isle Water (download ‘Return Application’ form). A copy of original invoice must accompany all returns. All returns must be shipped prepaid freight and are subject to a possible restocking fee of up to 25%. Product damage in freight return will not be accepted. Credit will be issued to your account for future purchases. No returns after 30 days. No returns on electrical devices. Special order items are not returnable.

Warranty

All defective items within the manufacturer's warranty period must be authorized and returned to Van Isle Water with an RGA#. The customer is responsible for return of item(s) and all freight costs. Item(s) will either be replaced or repaired at Van Isle Water's discretion. Items sent back must be accompanied with customer proof of purchase and retail customer receipt. Shipment of replaced of repaired item will be the responsibility of customer. Replacement or repaired items may be added to a prepaid shipping order.
